Activites for Recovery

At Men's Tribal House, we engage in activities that can be used as core coping skills while having fun and challenging ourselves to get outside of our comfort zone. Some activities are in-house, like Yoga, Shaman class & breathing exercises. Many activities we do out of the house, such as hiking, paddle boarding, river floating, concerts, soaking in hot pots, fishing and anything else to retrain our brain to expect a normal dopamine spike from wholesome recreation while CLEAN and SOBER!

Grateful members of “Fit to Recover”.  FTR is an amazing local non-profit that hosts recovery centered events and activities 7 days a week! We love to tie into their supportive community and attend engaging activities. They offer classes on: Cooking, Dance Classes, Boxing, Pottery, Painting, Guitar and other Instruments.
